Triplehill Accommodation (ABN N0. 25107989542) and referred to as ‘Triplehill”, ‘Triplehill Accommodation’ ‘Triplehill Accommodation Booking Service’, ‘we, or ‘our’,  take care to respect our customers’ right to privacy and to comply with our obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Commonwealth) and Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 (Commonwealth). Any information we collect about customers is used only in line with our Privacy Policy and to ensure a service that is customized to customers requirements.

Customer Privacy Policy


At Triplehill we aim to keep customer information secure and for use as our customers would expect to in order to provide a quality service experience. The Privacy Policy applies to any personal information you provide to us:
• When booking with us either directly or online via the internet
• Via other online sites operated by associated companies and contractors
• Under any other agreement or arrangement
The Privacy Policy applies to any information about you that is provided by someone else as apart of conducting our service transaction.
Information Collected
Personal information collected will depend on the type of service you request from us and the processes used conduct this transaction. Information of a sensitive nature will not be collected without your express consent.

Drivers Licence No & expiry date
Credit Card Details, Number & Expiry date.

Information Collection Processes

Personal information may be collected about you when you communicate with us over the phone, visit or use our website, via correspondence such as letters, faxes and email, or when you contact us in person.
Given the nature of the services we provide there may be occasions when we collect information about you from a third person. For example: from people when they make bookings for you, or from market research companies contracted by us to gather relevant information as part of the process of improving our products and services.

How is Personal Information Used
Personal information is gathered in order to:
- Process accommodation bookings or other services requested
- Conduct marketing research and activities.
The personal information collected is important so that we can accurately identify who is using our services. Other information we gather provides us with a profile of the clients who use our services and their interests.
Third Party Disclosure
We may disclose your information to a third party, such as contractors who perform certain services for us, such as:
Cleaning accommodation         Personal Treatments (massages, facials, etc)
Flowers                Catering services or dinner reservations;
Supply other services as requested     Collect commissions payable to us
Provide electronic funds transfer services, credit card account processing and related services;
Conduct market research.
In these situations, we prohibit the third party contractor from using personal information except for the specific purpose for which it is supplied. Contractors are not permitted to retain any customer information after they have completed their contracted obligations.  Your information may be shared between Triplehill business activities where necessary to provide a service to you.
Besides what has been previously described, we will not disclose your personal information without your consent unless disclosure is necessary to prevent a threat to health or life, authorised or required by law, necessary to enforce the law or to investigate a suspected unlawful activity.

Access & Updating Personal Information

Upon request Triplehill will provide you access to information held about you, unless there is an exception which applies under the National Privacy Principles, including for the purpose of correcting or updating that information.
We may recover from you the costs of supplying you with access to this information. Triplehill will take steps to ensure that personal information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date whenever it is collected.
If the personal information we hold about you is inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date, please contact us and we will take steps to correct this information and /or discuss alternative action with you.
